Afrobeats artiste, Davido has come under fire for an act Muslim faithful have perceived as grave disrespect to Muslims and Islam.
Outrage has been generated after the DMW leader took to Twitter to share a music video of his signee, Logos Olori, entitled “Jaye lo”.
The video shows Logos Olori sitting atop a building, singing while some worshippers were seen observing salah below.
This set off a wild angry reactions from social media users as the call on Davido to pull down the video and apologized unreservedly.
Dear Davido, for the benefits of doubt, we will assume you do not know that Muslims hold the obligatory prayers sacred and it’s totally prohibited to joke or play with the prayers. Please kindly take it down and apologize to all Muslims for this grave mistake https://t.co/GphtWHhaUX

Creativity is fine, but respect people’s religion & cultures.”
In other news, a video online has captured the moment a bride danced joyously in a flood with her friends during her wedding after it rained.
The bride, groom, and several guests were having their traditional wedding ceremony when Mother Nature intervened.
It rained fiercely and flooded the venue, but the bride and her guests who attended the celebration proceeded to dance in it. The joyful bride was seen performing many dance steps while dressed gorgeously in traditional clothes.
Netizens expressed mixed feelings over the video, with some wondering why they didn’t utilize a hall given that it was raining season.
Betty wrote; “Are Halls that expensive??? Nigerians will literally fixed a date for a outdoor ceremony in the middle of a full blown rainy season then scream village people at work when nature starts naturing”
Mike wrote; “The devil has nothing to do with rains, it’s even the heavens that send rains. Maybe Poseidon is against the marriage…”
