Grammy award-winning singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy has caused buzz online following his recent hangout at a birthday party.
In a video making rounds online, the ‘City Boys’ hit maker could be seen dancing energetically as he celebrated Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Obi, on his birthday amid the ongoing beef with his colleagues Davido and Wizkid.
Burna Boy, known for his top-charting music, slipped DJ Obi $10,000 (N13.9 million) in cash, putting a bright smile on his face.
This happened while the attendees were singing a birthday song for the celebrant which was led by famous disc jockey DJ Big N.
DJ Obi appreciated everybody who attended his birthday celebration, expressing his disbelief in the turnout. The 32-year-old singer also performed a freestyle to entertain all those who were in attendance.
The video, which went viral online, triggered massive reactions as social media users expressed their opinions on Burna Boy’s lack of involvement in the industry dispute between Davido and Wizkid.
