Today, the Tribunal strikes out petition challenging the qualification of President Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima. The Presidential Election Petitions Court has held that the Labour Pary (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, failed to specify how they scored the majority of lawful votes in the February 25 presidential election.

The Tribunal further dismisses Peter Obi’s 25% FCT votes claim, says that Abuja resident not superior to other Nigerians. The tribunal also dismissed Peter Obi’s petition on alleged Tinubu’s drugs case adding that his claim is baseless.

Reacting to all these, Davido via his handle on X (Twitter) posted a phrase “Nawa” making it known to all and sundry that he is not satisfied with the tribunal judgement.

Even though Davido in the past disclosed that he is not in support of any presidential candidate from APC, PDP or LP, however, he is well known for throwing his weight behind his uncle Ademola Adeleke, the PDP governorship candidate of Osun State.
