Popular influencer and humanitarian Michael Oyiga reveals that the American YouTuber, Kai Cenat donated the sum of $2,800 for the construction of a new school building in Makoko slums, Lagos.

Remember that the American went to Makoko as his first stop on his recent tour to Nigeria, where he spoke with some local children and promised to help the area.

Providing an update on the YouTuber’s charitable deed, Michael stated that Cenat paid $2,800 to build a new facility at one of the schools he has been providing support to.

He disclosed on Twitter that the building project had finally started, two weeks after Kai Cenat had given the money for the school.

He wrote:

“Two weeks ago, Kai Cenat came to one of the schools I’ve been looking out for in the slums of Lagos and donated $2,800 for a new building. 3.9million Naira.

Today, the building construction has started. Just wanted to update everyone. For posterity sake”
