Mohbad’s childhood friend, Primeboy, has denied the rumors that he was involved in the singer’s death.
Recall that it was claimed that the culprit killed Mohbad by striking him during his performance in Ikorodu.
The young man took to his Instagram page to denied the allegations and underlined his strong relationship with late Mohbad, saying that he had no reason to hurt him.
He begged the people to desist from spreading untrue stories as he expressed his dismay and emphasized that he did not get into a fight with the singer, pointing out that Mohbad’s wife and other people were present during the purported incident.
Primeboy pleaded with authorities to launch a thorough inquiry to learn the truth.
Netizens, however, did not seem convinced by his confessions, as chats allegedly sent by Mohbad’s wife accusing him of threatening and provoking the deceased surfaced online.

“Please I know nothing about it. I did not even touch MOH he hit me I did not even do anything God knows his wife was there also The Prado man and security’s please do not say what you don’t know make your investigation I did not have any issues with moh he called me all the time I don’t stay with them please I know nothing.”
