The Lagos State Police Force has announced the arrest of popular socialite Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, better known as Sam Larry, over the death of late Nigerian singer, Mohbad.
Recall that the Afrobeats musician, Mohbad died on the 12th of September under circumstances many have considered to be suspicious.
Accusatory fingers have wagged at the two celebrities, Naira Marley and his best friend Sam Larry, as videos of various moments Mohbad was assaulted began popping up online.
While Marlian record executive, Naira Marley remains abroad denying his involvement, the police has announced that Sam Larry is now in their custody.
This was announced by the police spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin who noted that Sam Larry is now assisting the police in their present investigations.
