Afrobeat queen, Tiwa Savage has caused a stir after sharing a snapshot of an expensive handbag she is contemplating to purchase worth $147k.
Taking to Snapchat, the talented singer posted a screenshot of her conversation with a vendor on WhatsApp.
She could be seen asking the vendor for the price of the bag and she was informed it is $147k (N147 million).
She questioned her fans in the caption of the photo, stating that her birthday is coming up and she wasn’t sure if she should purchase the bags.
Tiwa Savage wrote: “SHOULD I OR NOT. I MEANNNN MY BIRTHDAY IS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.”
Mixed reactions trailed her post as some suggested she should buy it, while others advised her to use the money for something else.
