Wizkid didn’t cut me off, I’m the one that fell off – Slimcase on his relationship with singer

A video making the rounds on social media shows where Nigerian singer Slimcase opens up on his relationship with Award-Winning singer Wizkid.

According to Slimcase, his relationship with Wizkid is not as it used to be and by extension attributed the fault to himself.

Speaking during his Instagram live session with his fans and followers, Slimcase said that Wizkid didn’t cut him off.

According to the singer, he was close to ‘Wizkid’ when he was ‘Wizkid’ but not when he is ‘Big Wiz’.

He added that the Starboy has transcended to higher levels while stressing that he was the one who fell off because he failed to make significant progress musically.

In his words;

“I know Wizkid when he was Wizkid, but I am not close to him when he is Big Wiz. He has climbed high mountains, and I couldn’t catch up with him, so I fell off. He didn’t cut me off.”

Slimcase also reveals how Wizkid reveals his plans to take him to the international level in the year 2018.

He said;

“In 2018 Wizkid tell me say, Slimcase you don hold street, but I wan carry you to the platform of the porch, he says street go easily accept you, no challenge but the challenge is can the porch, the fresh island, international accept you.”
