Teniola Apata, professionally known as Teni, has said that she thought she was pregnant when she recently had problems eating or communicating with people.

The ace songstress stated this in a video posted on her Instagram story on Friday while revealing what she passed through during a battle with her health a week ago.

According to Teni, she she was sick and sad at the same time, and in the video going round online, she displayed the numerous medications she took before she recovered. Also, she revealed that she slept so much that she wondered if she was pregnant.

She asked her fans to thank God on her behalf, saying;

“I am happy today because I feel much better. You guys should help me thank God. I was not feeling well and was sad last week.

“I couldn’t open my mouth last week to talk or eat. I slept to the extent that my eyeballs rolled back, and I kept wondering if I was pregnant.”

In other news, Asisat Oshoala‘s has reacted after her father tackled her for removing her shirt while celebrating World Cup win.

The Nigerian footballer who is playing for Barcelona Femeni and the Super Falcons, made it known that her father was not impressed with her choice of celebration during the ongoing 2023 Women’s World Cup.

Recall that Oshoala had scored a goal against Australia to extend Nigeria’s lead to 3-1 win and she celebrated it by pulling off her jersey and running to the sideline to celebrate with her teammates.

While many football fans saw no issue with her celebration, others frowned at it. Her is reportedly among the latter.

The African Woman Footballer of the Year shared photos of her goal celebration on Instagram and addressed her father’s reaction.

In her post, Oshoala acknowledged that her father was not happy with her choice of celebration but noted that life is a collection of moments.

She said:

“My dad is definitely not happy with my choice of celebration but then again, life is a collection of MOMENTS.”

She is one of Nigeria’s most successful female footballers and has played for top clubs in Europe. She has won several awards for her performances on the field, including the African Women’s Footballer of the Year award four times.

Her goal celebration at the Women’s World Cup has sparked debate among football fans, with some criticizing it as inappropriate and others defending it as a harmless expression of joy.
