Late Mohbad’s father, Joseph Ayoba has revealed that he only has 1 million naira out of the 2 million Afrobeats superstar, Davido sent to him during his son’s burial.
Recall that the the DMW leader, Davido had sent Mohbad’s father the sum of 2 million naira following the passing of his son.
In a video which surfaced online, Mr Joseph Ayoba said that he only has 1 million out of the 2 million which was sent by Davido.
According Mr Joseph Ayoba, 1 million was taken by Mohbad’s friend known as Da Rocha to by a coffin and arrange burial but brought back 100,000 naira.
He added that since then he hasn’t seen any of the friends except from Da Rocha who returned the 100k out of the 1 million.
Davido sent N2million, but it was sent to Mohbad's friend. I was given 1million out of the 2 million, and they said they used the remaining 1 million to buy coffin — Mohbad's father.
